Music Star and Canadian Rapper, DAX has expressed his feeling for his parents after they decided to immigrate to Canada over 36yrs ago.

The coupled attested to move on with their family over to Canada because of their high taste for excellence and what crave they would’ve wished for their children to grow in, both parent are from the Eastern part of Nigeria a place known for high prioritized culture and Morales.

They’ve now been together for 38 years.

This was the proudest moment of my life.

The day they saw me GRADUATE COLLEGE after going to 3 different universities in 4 and a half years.

They immigrated to St, Johhn’s, Newfoundland, Canada 🇨🇦 36 Years ago and the rest is history.”

Anyone who has Nigerian parents or just African parents, or just immigrant parents in general knows the expectation they have for their children is very high especially educational wise and occupational wise.

My parents were never excited with my initial decisions to play basketball and then make music but left me alone once they saw how focused I was and that I wasn’t going to quit.

In African culture it’s the child’s responsibility to repay their parents for bringing you into this world. We come in, they take care of us, and as they get older we take care of them.

That’s always been one of my BIGGEST motivations everyday I wake up and I plan to continue to voice that as a priority for the youth coming up in this generation.

It’s the circle of life.

What they gave me wasn’t a dollar amount and I’m happy and appreciate the struggle and tough times we went through growing up.

“I went to 3 schools in 4 years and got my degree in 4 and 1/2. I led the league in scoring my senior year and turned down overseas contracts after I found my passion for poetry and motivational speaking.

I jumped in head first. I had no ties or connections to anyone in entertainment so I then built my platform from scratch by myself.”

The easiest pick for Metro was his frequent collaborator, Future. Metro said he has “got to be” in his top five. His Savage Mode II partner, 21 Savage, was also an easy selection for the producer.

Metro did add that Savage “don’t give a fuck about being considered, like, the top five artists from Atlanta.”

Metro Boomin listed his top five artists from Atlanta on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, Sunday. The legendary producer named 21 Savage, Future, T.I., Gucci Mane, and Young Thug as the best to do it, but admitted it was a difficult choice.

According to Instagram’s official website, verification “is a tool to help people find the real accounts of public figures and brands, and it means we verified this is a notable and authentic Instagram account.”

It was never intended to become a status symbol in society, but the fact that the culture views it as such means that it carries much more weight than letting people know a particular account is authentic.

Not long ago, I asked a friend a question. “When you see a blue check on somebody’s profile, even if you have never heard of them before, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind?” Without hesitation, my friend answered that the person “must be famous” or “at least the real deal at whatever they do.” And in this simple response lies the answer to why getting verified on Instagram matters.

I spent a great amount of time building relationships with journalists and today have the contacts of thousands of writers at the world’s biggest publications like Forbes, The New York Times, Success Magazine and more.

Throughout the early months of 2021, I focused heavily on getting myself featured in top publications instead of just focusing on clients. It was around this time that I started my PR agency and in the process of helping others land major news articles, I started doing the same for myself.

Spider-Man fans are wishing Peter Parker a Happy Birthday today as the Web-Slinger from the MCU celebrates another trip around the sun. Commonly, Spider-Man day is celebrated on August 1st.

But, in the comics, a lot of fans say that August 10th is the “real” Spidey day because his first appearance is listed on that date. All of this gained even more steam on social media because of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Tom Holland’s last adventure in the MCU showed off his passport, which listed the big day as August 10th, 2001.

It’s a fun little detail that has exploded into its own day on the web. With all the clamoring for a trailer exploring what the heck is going on in Spider-Man: No Way Home, it’s easy to see why the character’s birthday is exploding this year. Still, it’s a good time, and people can dream of what this wild trailer for the multiversal adventure will look like.

Holland’s version of Spider-Man seems to be going well for both Sony and Marvel Studios, with SpiderMan: Homecoming and SpiderMan Far From Home doing well financially and critically.

A piece of SpiderMan: No Way Home fan art shows Doc Ock unmasking Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland’s Spider-Man characters.

Alfred Molina first portrayed Doctor Otto Octavius in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 2, serving as the main villain of Maguire’s sequel.

However, the next sequel is shockingly pulling villains from both Raimi and Webb’s movies. Jamie Foxx’s Electro is returning in SpiderMan: No Way Home, but he won’t be blue in the sequel.

Not too long after, Molina was revealed to come back as Doc Ock, with the actor confirming it is the same version of the character in SpiderMan 2.

“Doc Ock’s tentacles made a brief appearance in Marc Webb’s The Amazing SpiderMan 2 to set up a Sinister Six film, but the poor reception to the sequel effectively put an end to Garfield’s era of the character.”
